  • The T-Pocket you have ordered is not your size?

    Go to "Contact us" and request a change of size telling us order number (in your confirmation email) and your full name. We will answer you very soon.

    * In the case of a return, if part of the order is returned, and the total amount of the products not returned does not exceed the minimum to obtain the offer of "free shipping costs", the costs will not be refunded as "Shipping ".

  • Shipping costs and delivery time?

    The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the checkout process.

    * Remember that in International (outside the EU), Switzerland or Canary Islands shipments you will have to pay customs and other local taxes at destination

    To make a change of size go to "Contact us" and request it telling us Order number (in your confirmation email) and your full name.

    SEUR will arrange to deliver your new order and pick up the one you want to return.

    To be able to be changed, the products to be exchanged must be in perfect conditions, unused, with the intact labels and promotional gifts, in their original packaging. Please, therefore, to avoid problems in transportation, make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed in its original packaging.

  • EUROPE, INTERNATIONAL (also Balearic/Canarian Islands)

    Changes in 30 days!

    Go to "Contact us" telling us Order number (in your confirmation email) and your full name. Then you must send the package, well protected, to:

    If you want to make a return go to "Contact us" and request it telling us Order number (in your confirmation email) and your full name.

    SEUR will pick up the order where you indicate.

    In order to be returned, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, with the intact labels and promotional gifts, in their original packaging. Please, therefore, to avoid problems in transportation, make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed in its original packaging. 

    Once received in our logistics warehouse, and after checking its status, we will proceed to refund the total price of the product/s. In no case will the original "Shipping" costs be returned.

  • EUROPE, INTERNATIONAL (also Balearic/Canarian Islands)

    Returns in 30 days!

    Go to "Contact us" telling us Order number (in your confirmation email) and your full name. Then you must send the package, well protected, to:

    REASON: DEVOLUCION

    The shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

    In order to be returned, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, with the intact labels and promotional gifts, in their original packaging. Please, therefore, to avoid problems in transportation, make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed in its original packaging.

    Once received / s in our logistics warehouse, and after checking your status, we will proceed to refund the total price of the / s / products. In no case will the original "Shipping" costs be returned.
